User Centric Partnership and Experience Design
Covers designing and evaluating partnerships with the end user experience as the primary lens. Candidates should demonstrate how to identify user problems and target segments that a partnership can address, translate user needs into partner requirements and product integration points, and design onboarding and interaction flows that minimize friction. This includes defining and prioritizing measurable user focused success criteria such as adoption, engagement, retention, lifetime value, and net promoter score, structuring pilot programs and phased rollouts, running controlled experiments and iterating based on qualitative and quantitative feedback, and balancing monetization or partner incentives against user experience. Candidates should also show how they coordinate cross functional stakeholders including product, design, engineering, legal, and partner teams to handle integration, privacy, and operational concerns and how they instrument analytics to detect issues and measure impact.
