Situation: The company asked our team to deliver a churn-prediction model that would feed Customer Success (CS) workflows to reduce voluntary attrition.

Build consensus:- Stakeholder mapping: identify CS leads, product, sales, engineering, privacy/legal, analytics, and exec sponsor.- Kickoff workshop: align on problem definition (what counts as churn), constraints (data access, latency, privacy), and desired outcomes. I present a clear value hypothesis: “Reduce monthly churn by X% by surfacing top-20 at-risk accounts with prescriptive playbooks.”- Create a RACI and success criteria doc; iterate until stakeholders sign off.
