Follow-up action plan

Within 48 hours I’ll propose a lean approach: a 1‑question usability test or two 15‑minute moderated sessions focused on the product hypothesis the PM cares about, plus a one‑slide summary with concrete recommendations and risk level. I’ll list expected time, cost, and how results would change decisions (or confirm them). I’ll invite the PM to define the single decision they want answered and offer to co‑present results. This preserves their authority, minimizes disruption, and provides quick evidence so we either proceed confidently or iterate with less risk.
