Learning and Development Experience Questions

Targets experiences and skills specific to learning and development practice, including instructional design, learning pathway design, training program creation, measurement of learning outcomes, and career background in learning and development. Candidates may be asked to summarize their L and D career history, describe major learning initiatives they designed or ran, explain how they structure learning journeys, and show metrics used to evaluate effectiveness. This assesses domain expertise in designing, delivering, and measuring training and development programs as well as strategic approaches to workforce capability building.
