Purpose:
The Payroll Administrator will be responsible for ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing for our employees, while also providing payroll enquiries and administrative support. This is a 6-month fixed term role suitable for someone looking to begin their career within the finance industry.
Key Responsibilities
Input and maintain accurate timesheet data.
Process payroll journals and ensure information is entered correctly.
Learn the weekly payroll process to provide cross-cover when required.
Check payroll data and highlight any discrepancies.
Maintain accurate employee payroll records.

Support payroll reconciliations and reporting.
Liaise with HR and Finance teams when required.
Handle payroll information confidentially.
