What You Will Do:

Your role will involve delivering scientific operations work to a high standard, working closely with your team and stakeholders.
Key responsibilities include:

• Responding to and resolving technical inquiries and issues from users across the organization in a timely and professional manner.
• Assisting in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of software and hardware systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions that improve system efficiency and user satisfaction.
• Providing training and guidance to users on system functionality and best practices to enhance their technical proficiency.
• Documenting technical issues and solutions in a knowledge base to support ongoing improvements and training materials.

Your Profile:

You will bring relevant scientific operations experience, along with the following qualifications and skills.
Required qualifications and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as information technology, computer science, or a related discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in the healthcare or clinical research sector.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
• Familiarity with various operating systems, software applications, and network troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
