Rohlik Group
At Rohlik, we grow fast — and that growth only works when operations, processes and people move together.
Now we’re opening a brand-new distribution center in the Czech Republic, and that creates a rare opportunity: to join a site from the very beginning and help shape how it works from day one.
We’re looking for a Change Manager who will own the site’s change and project pipeline, drive adoption of new processes, and help turn a new building into a high-performing operation. This is the kind of role where you don’t inherit years of legacy. You help build the setup, influence the standards, and leave a visible footprint from the start.
Why this role is exciting
You’ll join at the launch of a new fulfillment center, which means real influence from day one.
You won’t just maintain existing ways of working — you’ll help build and shape them.
A new site means new teams, new processes, new habits and a real chance to set things up the right way from the beginning.
You’ll work at the intersection of operations, projects, process improvement and stakeholder coordination.
You’ll collaborate with both local and central teams, helping bring best practices into a brand-new environment.
This is a role for someone who likes dynamic situations, visible impact and building something that will scale.
What you’ll do
As Change Manager, you will own the site’s change and project pipeline and make sure new initiatives land successfully in day-to-day operations.
You will:
Own the full project and programme pipeline for the site
Lead the project management office, track progress, monitor KPIs and report outcomes
Work with local and central stakeholders to align resources, priorities and scope
Support implementation of new processes, tools and systems across the fulfillment center
Drive standardisation and best-practice adoption in a new operational environment
Contribute to process improvement and innovation roadmaps
Support operations during peak periods with hands-on problem-solving and metrics reporting
Help ensure that changes are not only launched, but also understood, adopted and sustained
Drive projects to successful, on-time delivery and help teams adopt new ways of working smoothly and consistently
Build an environment with stronger standards, better processes and less friction across the site
What we’re looking for
3–5 years of experience in change management, logistics or supply chain
Strong project management and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical mindset and data-driven problem-solving approach
Excellent communication, coordination and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-moving environment and keep multiple priorities on track
Flexibility to support operations during shifts, weekends and peak periods when needed
Nice to have:
Relevant university degree
Lean, Six Sigma or project management certification
Experience with WMS and analytics tools
What’s in it for you

Sport & wellbeing – Stay active through company sports challenges or a subsidised Multisport card.
A safe work environment – You’ll work in a modern warehouse with the equipment and support you need to do your job well and safely.
A team that pulls together – Collaboration matters in warehouse operations. You’ll be part of a team where people support each other, keep the pace and handle daily operations together.
Work that matters – Thanks to your work, fresh food reaches thousands of customers on time. Every well-delivered change has a real impact on how the site performs every day.
