What We Offer:
We are seeking a Business Operations Manager to join our AFL Connectivity team at our Dallas Business Center in the Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas area. The Business Operations Manager drives cross-functional operational execution and process governance across AFL's commercial organization. This role serves as a central coordination point across functions β facilitating alignment, enabling escalation, and ensuring Business Operations-owned processes are well-governed and continuously improving. The Manager reports to the Director, Business Operations and directly leads the Business Operations Analyst. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a demonstrated track record of driving operational improvements, building scalable processes, and delivering measurable results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
