About the roleÂ
We're looking for a commercially minded Digital Marketing Manager who thrives on turning global strategy into pipeline. You'll lead campaign delivery across North America and ANZ, orchestrating activity across LinkedIn, Google Ads, programmatic display, email, events, webinars, and ABM to drive reach, engagement, and conversion.Â
You'll own the full build, from agency briefing and creative trafficking through to pre-launch quality control, working closely with the Marketing Automation team to keep UTM governance and Salesforce campaign mapping in place and accurate.Â
Sitting within the Global Digital Marketing team and reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, you'll work with Growth Marketing, Reputation, our paid media agency, Marketing Automation, RevOps, and Sales to make sure every campaign is built to spec, tracked correctly, and optimised to pipeline outcomes.Â
What you'll doÂ
Translate digital strategy briefs into live campaigns across LinkedIn paid, Google Ads, programmatic display, email, events, webinars, and ABMÂ
Own end-to-end orchestration from agency briefing through campaign setup and creative trafficking, partnering with the Marketing Automation team to keep UTM governance and Salesforce campaign mapping in placeÂ
Oversee every campaign element before it goes live, holding the line on build quality and tracking accuracyÂ
Interrogate funnel, conversion, and attribution data to find what's driving results and what's dragging them down, then act on itÂ
Contribute to funnel performance reporting with clear commentary on what's working, what isn't, and what needs to evolveÂ
Apply a deep analytical mindset and continuous optimisation to improve ROI, funnel visibility, and campaign efficiencyÂ
Manage day-to-day agency relationships for paid media execution, holding partners accountable to agreed deliverables, timelines, and performance benchmarksÂ
Act as the operational bridge between agency output and internal stakeholder expectationsÂ
Â
What you'll bringÂ
5 to 7 years leading campaign delivery and hitting pipeline targets in B2B SaaS digital rolesÂ
A strong track record in paid campaign execution across LinkedIn, Google Ads, and programmatic channelsÂ
Experience building and managing ABM programmes, ideally using 6Sense or a comparable intent-based platform, with the ability to connect account-level signals to campaign strategyÂ
Demonstrated ownership of analytics and performance optimisation, using data to forecast, attribute, and improve pipeline contributionÂ
Technical fluency across ad platforms, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads, plus the core B2B stack: Marketo, Salesforce as a reporting and attribution layer, and 6Sense or a comparable ABM toolÂ
Deep understanding of attribution, UTM governance, and campaign tracking architectureÂ
The ability to translate the numbers into campaign strategy and optimisation tacticsÂ
A peer approach to agency management. You give a clear brief, interrogate performance data, and push back when output doesn't meet the standardÂ
An understanding of how brand, product, growth, and digital marketing connect to accelerate pipelineÂ
Practical use of AI to build workflows and interrogate data as a standard part of how you workÂ
Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Business. AÂ MiniMBAÂ in Marketing is a bonusÂ
Â
Experience working across multiple verticals or market segments in North America and ANZ simultaneously is a plus.Â
Ways of workingÂ
This role is based in our Sydney, Australia office. Because you'll be orchestrating campaigns across North America and ANZ, you'll need to be available for regular collaboration with our North America based teams and agency partners.
