We are looking for a Software Developer / Network Engineer to support our team in the automation and testing of Cisco SD-WAN based network technologies. Specifically, we are working with Cisco NSO.Â
The role combines software development, test automation, and networking knowledge. Â
Daily work includes using Jira for task tracking, MS Teams for communication, and Python with Robot Framework for developing and maintaining automated test cases. Â
Experience with NETCONF, YANG data models, and network automation is highly relevant.Â
The candidate should have a solid understanding of network technologies, especially OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 concepts, and should be comfortable working in an automation-driven engineering environment.Â
Key expectations:Â Â
⢠Experience in software development, preferably with PythonÂ
⢠Knowledge of Robot Framework or willingness to work with test automation frameworksÂ
⢠Understanding of NETCONF and YANG structuresÂ
⢠Basic to solid knowledge of Cisco SD-WAN technologiesÂ
⢠Good understanding of OSI Layer 2 and Layer 3 networking conceptsÂ
⢠Experience with Jira and MS Teams in daily project workÂ
⢠Strong communication skills in English; German is optionalÂ
⢠Structured, reliable, and collaborative working styleÂ
