Connect Claude, Codex, Copilot, Cursor, or Windsurf to InterviewStack. It finds roles that genuinely fit your resume and saves the best ones to your tracker, running free on a local open model, with your resume never leaving your machine.
Every posting is de-duped, the real hiring company identified, and salary, location, work mode and seniority normalized, then mapped to 80+ defined roles. Your AI filters clean, classified data, not keyword noise.
Run the matching on a local open model (Ollama + Qwen, Llama): no API keys, no per-token bills, and your resume stays on your machine. Or use the assistant you already pay for.
Set it once: every morning your assistant finds fresh matches and saves the best to your applications, each with a concrete note on why it fits. You review and apply.
Techo-Bloc Inc.
WHY WE NEED YOU
Our infrastructure doesn't stand still. Servers, networks, storage, and the systems that monitor them all need someone who treats "keeping the lights on" as a floor, not a ceiling β someone who maintains what's there, spots what's about to break, and pushes the environment forward with the rest of the IT team.
You'll work close to the ground β configuring, testing, monitoring, patching, troubleshooting β while staying connected to the bigger picture: the infrastructure roadmap the IT team is building together. That means you need to be as comfortable in a server room or on a network diagram as you are documenting a fix so the next person doesn't have to solve it twice.
WHY YOU WILL (OR WON'T) LIKE WORKING HERE
You'll love this job if you want real ownership over infrastructure that touches every site in a large, growing manufacturing company β and if you'd rather fix the root cause than the symptom.
You won't love it if you need everything already figured out. We're a manufacturing company that moves fast and evolves constantly β some of our processes are mature, some are still being defined, and you'll have a hand in shaping both. If a little ambiguity feels like opportunity, you'll be right at home.
WHAT YOU'LL OWN
Infrastructure Standards
Multi-Site Infrastructure Administration
Problem Resolution
Data Protection & Continuity
Projects, Documentation & Support
WHO YOU ARE
You stay calm when things break, which they will. You're organized enough to juggle multiple priorities without losing sight of the bigger picture, and thorough enough that your documentation actually gets used. You communicate clearly with both technicians and non-technical staff, and you know how to adjust your register for the room.
You're bilingual β genuinely comfortable in both French and English β which matters in a company that runs plants in Quebec and offices across North America. And you care about getting it right, not just getting it done, because the people across the company who depend on the infrastructure are counting on you even if they never know your name.
IDEAL EXPERIENCE
Techo-Bloc offers a structured and supportive environment where employees can build long-term careers. We provide competitive compensation and a full range of benefits, including:
Techo-Bloc makes the hardscaping products that transform ordinary outdoor spaces into something people are proud of β premium concrete pavers, retaining walls, and architectural masonry that end up in backyards, commercial plazas, and everything in between. We have 9 manufacturing facilities, 13+ distribution centers, and over 900 people working across more than 20 locations in Canada and the United States.Β
That kind of footprint doesn't run itself. Every plant, every distributionΒ center, every field salesperson and office team depends on technology that simply works. That's what our IT team delivers β and it's why the people who lead it matter so much.Β
