Data provenance & lineage: I can trace every training and scoring datum back to source systems, ingestion timestamp, and preprocessing steps (ETL scripts, versioned feature code). I will provide the lineage report and hashes so we can demonstrate what data contributed to each model decision.

Consent & lawful basis: A subset of records were collected under explicit consent; other records rely on legitimate interest. I’ll flag records by legal basis and exclude or mask consent-withdrawn users from both training and scoring pipelines on demand.

Model accuracy & uncertainty: Current model AUC is X.XX with calibration evaluated via reliability diagrams; for individual predictions I will surface probability scores and prediction intervals so legal can see confidence levels rather than hard labels.

Fairness and disparate impact: We ran subgroup analyses (age, gender, geography) and observed a Y% disparity in false positive rates for group Z. I propose mitigation (reweighing / threshold adjustment) and will document trade-offs between fairness and overall accuracy.

Logging, auditability & explainability: All inferences will log inputs (hashed PII), model version, score, and explanation tokens (SHAP feature contributions) for 90+ days to support audits and DSARs while protecting privacy.

Remedial controls & human review: For medium/high-risk churn actions (e.g., automated account changes) I recommend human-in-the-loop review, appeal workflows, and a rollback mechanism tied to model version and decision logs.

Data retention, minimization & retraining cadence: We keep only features required for 30 days post-decision; models retrain quarterly or on data-drift triggers. I will supply retention policies and drift thresholds to align with GDPR’s minimization and accuracy principles.
