Role Overview

Develops, implements, and manages comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across all online channels to enhance brand awareness, drive website traffic, and generate qualified leads and sales. They oversee the organization's entire digital presence and coordinate integrated marketing efforts across multiple digital platforms. Responsibilities include planning and executing digital marketing campaigns including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising, managing and optimizing social media presence across all digital channels, analyzing campaign performance using web analytics tools and reporting ROI and KPIs, coordinating with cross-functional teams including design, content, and development, managing digital marketing budgets and vendor relationships, and developing digital marketing strategies that support overall business objectives. They oversee website optimization including landing page creation and user experience improvements, conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities, manage marketing automation systems, track consumer behavior and purchase patterns, and optimize marketing campaigns based on performance data. Daily tasks involve campaign management, performance monitoring, content creation coordination, social media management, budget tracking, team collaboration, and strategic planning. Digital Marketing Managers also stay current with digital marketing trends and best practices, manage relationships with digital marketing vendors and agencies, and present campaign results and recommendations to stakeholders.
