Responsibilities include developing and implementing targeted acquisition strategies across multiple digital channels, conducting rigorous A/B testing and experimentation to optimize conversion rates and customer acquisition funnels, analyzing user behavior data to identify growth opportunities and optimize customer journey touchpoints, implementing and optimizing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and revenue, utilizing advanced analytics tools to track key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions, and collaborating with product teams to integrate growth strategies into product development cycles. They implement referral programs and loyalty initiatives, develop strategies for re-engaging inactive users, lead cross-functional teams on growth initiatives, and stay abreast of emerging marketing technologies and growth hacking techniques. Daily activities involve growth strategy development, experiment design and execution, data analysis and reporting, campaign optimization, cross-functional collaboration, and performance tracking. Growth Marketing Managers also mentor junior team members, develop growth playbooks, conduct competitive analysis, and continuously iterate on growth strategies based on performance insights.
