Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations and processes, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, implementing employee experience programs, coordinating HR technology and systems, managing HR data and analytics, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. They develop and maintain HR processes, coordinate with various departments on people-related initiatives, and manage HR projects and implementations. Daily tasks involve process management, employee support, system administration, data analysis, program coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. People Operations Managers also design employee surveys, implement feedback systems, manage HR metrics, and continuously improve HR service delivery.
