Role Overview

Manages and oversees HR processes, employee experience initiatives, and organizational development programs to create positive workplace cultures and efficient HR operations. They focus on the operational aspects of human resources while ensuring employee satisfaction and engagement. Responsibilities include overseeing HR operations and processes, managing employee onboarding and offboarding, implementing employee experience programs, coordinating HR technology and systems, managing HR data and analytics, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. They develop and maintain HR processes, coordinate with various departments on people-related initiatives, and manage HR projects and implementations. Daily tasks involve process management, employee support, system administration, data analysis, program coordination, and cross-functional collaboration. People Operations Managers also design employee surveys, implement feedback systems, manage HR metrics, and continuously improve HR service delivery.
