Role Overview

Leads strategic initiatives to modernize business processes and operations through technology adoption while ensuring successful organizational change management and digital capability building. They guide organizations through comprehensive digital evolution to improve efficiency and competitiveness. Responsibilities include developing digital transformation strategies that align with business objectives, leading cross-functional transformation projects and initiatives, evaluating and selecting digital technologies and solutions, managing organizational change associated with digital adoption, establishing digital capabilities and skill development programs, and measuring transformation progress and business impact. They coordinate with various stakeholders including IT, operations, and business units, develop transformation roadmaps and implementation plans, manage transformation budgets and resource allocation, and ensure effective communication throughout transformation processes. Daily activities involve strategy development, project management, stakeholder coordination, technology evaluation, change management, progress monitoring, and strategic consultation. Digital Transformation Managers also conduct digital maturity assessments, facilitate transformation workshops, develop transformation metrics and KPIs, and ensure sustainable adoption of digital practices.
