Role Overview

Manages and maintains IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems to ensure reliable operation of technology resources. They handle day-to-day operations of computer systems and provide technical support for infrastructure-related issues. Responsibilities include installing and configuring servers and software, managing user accounts and access permissions, implementing backup and disaster recovery procedures, monitoring system performance and security, and troubleshooting technical problems. They work with operating systems (Windows, Linux), server hardware, networking equipment, and system management tools. Daily tasks involve system monitoring, user account management, software updates and patches, backup verification, hardware maintenance, and responding to technical support requests.
