Data Minimization

• Default to minimal data collection and local-first patterns (client-side processing, encrypted payloads).
• Use purpose-limited fields, retention TTL, and automated purging; show users what’s kept and why.

Validation with Legal & Compliance

• Create a decision log: design rationale, accepted trade-offs, and traceable requirements.
