Recommendation

Situation: In Q1, Sales requests a lead-capture feature to grow revenue, Customer Success asks for reliability work to reduce churn, and UX Research flags onboarding pain that hurts activation. All three claim urgency and resource contention.

Approach / Task: My goal as PM is to mediate, align stakeholders, and produce a clear one-quarter plan that maximizes measurable business impact while managing risk.

Action:

• Clarify objectives and constraints quickly: confirm business goals (growth vs. retention targets), engineering capacity for the quarter, and any fixed deadlines (external commitments, compliance).
