Overview / objective
Build a causal uplift pipeline that produces a per-user predicted uplift distribution and aggregates it into a probabilistic revenue delta (mean + CI) for stakeholders.

Steps

1. Causal modeling & data

• Define estimand (average treatment effect or conditional ATE).
• Use randomized experiment if available; otherwise use doubly robust / causal forests / TARNet with propensity scoring to estimate heterogenous treatment effect (CATE).

2. Per-user uplift with uncertainty
