Covers defining and tracking key metrics, setting clear objectives, and taking ownership for outcomes at the individual and team level. Candidates should be able to describe how they choose meaningful performance indicators, establish targets, monitor progress, and use data to drive decisions and improvements. Assessment includes demonstrating how they ensure accountability for commitments, follow through on actions, hold others and themselves responsible, and transparently report results. Candidates should give concrete examples of meeting targets and of missed targets, what they changed after failures, how they motivated teams through difficult periods, and how they would structure measurement and feedback cycles in the role. Also relevant are techniques for removing obstacles, escalating appropriately, and creating a culture focused on continuous improvement and measurable results.
