The Social Care and Education Systems service are seeking a bright and customer-focused Support Analyst whose primary responsibility will be to provide first and second line technical support for Liquidlogic and ContrOCC social care systems, taking ownership for and resolving customer problems and queries to provide secure, stable and reliable services, and assisting with projects to introduce new or improved services (i.e. financial and mobile applications, customer and provider portals).
