Job Description:

We are currently seeking talented individuals to join our team as BPO Customer Care Executives. In this role, you will be responsible for handling inbound international voice calls related to customer care billing. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication skills in English, who have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and handle inbound voice calls from international customers.
  • Provide excellent customer service and resolve billing-related queries.
  • Ensure accurate and timely resolution of customer issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update information in the company's database.
  • Follow company policies and procedures while interacting with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.
  • Meet targets and achieve performance metrics as determined by the company.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in an international voice process, specifically in inbound customer care billing.
  • Comfortable working in night shifts as per company requirements.
  • Ability to work from the office and provide in-person support to customers.
  • Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle challenging customer situations.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
  • Must be able to join immediately or within a short notice period.
