Role Overview:

The Head of HR will oversee and manage HR operations for the organization, ensuring efficient processes and strong team support. This role focuses on operational excellence, team leadership, and driving HR improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day HR operations, including employee services and administration.
• Lead HR initiatives to improve processes and implement changes.
• Develop and mentor the HR team to ensure effective performance.
• Support large-scale HR projects and organizational transformation programs.
• Ensure HR policies and practices are consistent and efficient.

Qualifications:

• Strong experience in HR operations and team management.
• Experience in medium to large organizations preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead change initiatives.
• Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
