Job Opportunity: Polish-Speaking Customer Support Agent (Email Only) Hybrid Role in Sofia, Bulgaria (Start in November or December 2025)

We are currently hiring Polish-speaking candidates for a Customer Support position based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
This is a hybrid role, starting in the office during the training and integration period, and later allowing you to work from home.

The role involves customer support exclusively via email no phone calls.

Position Details

• Role: Customer Support Agent (Email only)

• Languages Required: Polish (C1+) and English (B1-B2)

• Location: Sofia, Bulgaria (Hybrid: office + remote after training)

• Start Date: November or December 2025

• Contract Type: Full-time, permanent, 40 hours per week

• Monthly Salary: From 1,600 EUR net per month

Relocation Support

• Flight and temporary accommodation covered by the company

• Full assistance provided upon arrival

• Training: Fully paid and conducted on-site in Sofia

Requirements

• Polish: C1 level (native or fluent)
