Summary:

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the development and implementation of software solutions that align with business objectives.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Architecture Principles.
- Strong knowledge of designing scalable and maintainable software architectures.
- Experience in integrating applications with existing business processes and systems.
- Ability to analyze complex requirements and translate them into technical designs.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and best practices in application configuration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Data Architecture Principles.
- This position is based at our Gurugram office.
