REPORT TO CEO

JOB SUMMARY

• To develop and maintain company finance framework for
  processes, standard operating procedures and compliance to ensure
  efficient finance operations alignment with the best practices while
  compliant with company policy and local/international regulations.
• As a strategic business partner for management and solid
  understanding of domestic sales and export business including Customs,
  accounting and tax requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Report to CEO.
• Work with top management and functional heads in achieving
  the business profit objectives and targeted financial returns.
• Responsible for the overall cash flow/business analysis/
  internal control/ budgeting and forecasting, etc.
• Undertaking local statutory reporting, company
  reporting, tax return; legal/tax/GAAP/audit/internal control/company
  policies & guidelines compliance.
• Work closely with 3^rd parties/advisors to
  drive process improvements in transformation initiatives.
• Finance lead on S&OP development, ERP system upgrade
  and implementation.
• Acting as a consultant/coach, provide day-to-day
  guidance, advice to covered employees and team management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Qualified accountant, degree in Finance or equivalent.
• 10 years+ experience in manufacturing environment, in
  which 5 years in senior managerial position.
• Familiar with IFRS or HK GAAP reporting.
• Meticulous, quality focused and good analytical skills,
  attention to detail, well organized.
• Integrity, hardworking, fast response, and teamwork.
