As Director of MEMS Simulation and Software, you will lead a team of computational physicists,
software engineers and designers to make software tools enabling world-class MEMS-based timing
products. Challenges include:

metrics, and interactions with package and circuitry

• Linking characterization data sets back to simulation to improve modeling

• Engineering materials and resonator designs for ppb-level performance products

• Reducing time-to-market of MEMS-based products, while meeting performance goals

You will use creative problem solving, deft prioritization skills, high standards for code quality, and clear
communication as you set the vision for MEMS simulation and engineering software.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software developers and computational physicists to define and create tools for

mechanical simulation, design automation and optimization, data management and analysis

• Serve as a coach to your team, manage your team’s advancement, and hire new employees

• Synthesize technical work product for effective communication to the company

• Create a software and simulation vision that enables the company's technical roadmap

• Provide your own technical contributions

• Work in cross-functional engineering teams, including MEMS, circuits, systems, and packaging

Required Qualifications & Desired Attributes:

• PhD in Physics, Applied Math, Computer Science, ME, EE or equivalent

• 5 years of industry experience; 10+ years preferred

• Successful track record of guiding or implementing engineering software projects in MEMS,

  physics, sensors, or a related field
