Account Manager (Australia)


The Team

Our Commercial Accounts team partners closely with Customer Success, Sales Engineering, and Product teams to support customers across the engineering workflow ecosystem. We focus on long-term customer value — balancing growth, retention, and adoption — while maintaining strong, trusted relationships with our clients.


The Impact

This role ensures customers realize ongoing value from Accuris solutions while identifying expansion opportunities. The Account Manager protects recurring revenue, improves adoption, and strengthens customer relationships, directly impacting retention and sustainable growth across the region.


Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow an assigned portfolio of customer accounts, focusing on renewals and incremental expansion

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations and understand evolving business needs

  • Lead renewal cycles, commercial discussions, and upsell opportunities aligned to customer value

  • Conduct regular account reviews to monitor adoption, usage, and risk signals

  • Partner with Customer Success, Sales Engineering and Support teams to ensure customer outcomes and adoption

  • Maintain pipeline visibility, forecasting accuracy, and account plans using CRM and sales tools


What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

  • Experience in B2B software/SaaS account management or sales

  • Familiarity with engineering, technical, or data-driven solutions environments

  • Fluent in English

Soft Skills

  • Relationship-building and stakeholder communication skills

  • Problem solving and customer-centric thinking

  • Commercial negotiation and value positioning

  • Organized pipeline and territory management habits
