Description
We’re looking for a ServiceNow Developer or someone with strong integrations experience to join us at Telia.
I’m Carlos Morales, Head of Case Management in Telia IT, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We are a supportive and forward-thinking team focused on building and evolving global case management solutions that enable seamless collaboration between business units and IT.
What you’ll do:
You will develop and enhance ServiceNow solutions, working closely with stakeholders across Telia to support our transformation journey.
- Develop scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform across global Telia IT environments
- Create integrations and APIs to connect ServiceNow with other systems and services
- Consult and collaborate with stakeholders across business and IT to deliver efficient solutions
- Contribute to continuous improvement of workflows, tools, and processes
What will help you thrive in this role:
You are proactive, collaborative, and comfortable working in an international environment with both technical and business stakeholders.
- Proven experience in ServiceNow development or integrations (REST/SOAP)
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript
- Experience with integration platforms and API development is an advantage
- Understanding of ITIL methodologies and Agile ways of working is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Fluency in English

Monthly salary range for this position in Lithuania: 3,600 - 5,400 Eur gross + annual performance bonuses. Although it may vary depending on your skills and experience.
