Within our Legal Department based in Libourne, we are seeking a Senior Legal Counsel with at least 8 years of experience. This position reports to the Legal Manager for Western Europe/Middle East/Africa. The Senior Legal Counsel will primarily focus on negotiating transactions and drafting a wide variety of contracts with significant distribution and competition law implications, as well as managing any associated litigation. They will also be responsible for developing training programs to raise awareness of commercial and competition law issues among various stakeholders within the company.
