Position: Latvian Customer Support Representative

• Location: Piraeus, Athens (On-Site)
• Start Date: 21st February
• Salary: 1,250.72 gross/month + up to 120 performance bonus
• Schedule: Monday Sunday, 08:00 22:00 (rotational shifts)

What You'll Do:

• Assist customers via phone, email, and chat
• Provide high-quality support and problem-solving solutions
• Work in a fast-paced, international team

What Were Looking For:

• Fluent Latvian (C2) & strong English (B2)
• Strong communication & customer service skills
• Good technical understanding & adaptability
