Description
Recruitment Sourcing Associate
The Recruitment Sourcing Associate is responsible for managing Recruitment Sourcing Channels and ensuring that information of gathered candidates are efficiently and accurately uploaded on the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The main goal is to secure quality candidates to be endorsed to Recruitment Operations
- Manage Candidate Database, Applicant Tracker, and other confidential candidate information
- Provide general relevant recruitment and administrative support to the Recruitment team
- Develop and apply an in-depth knowledge of the job specifications to include experience, skills, and behavioral competencies needed for success in each role
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably on Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Psychology, or equivalent
- Experience in Sourcing or Headhunting is a big plus
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to detail and high aptitude for learning
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word) and other computer applications
- Knowledgeable with Online and Social Media portals (LinkedIn, Facebook, Jobstreet, Monster, Glassdoor, Indeed, etc.)
- Self-starter, has sense of urgency, works well under pressure, and has the ability to work in a high-velocity environment
- Ability to foster a sense of professionalism and relationship building for self and team
- Ability to handle and maintain confidential information
- Required languages (s); English, Filipino
- Willing to work in Pasay City
