Description

The School of Nursing Learning Resource Center Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day, hands-on functions of the School of Nursing Learning Resource Center. This position works 30 hours per week and is a 9-month position (August 15 – May 15). This role oversees the comprehensive coordination and daily operations of the School of Nursing Learning Resource Center (LRC), ensuring a safe, efficient, and high-quality learning environment that supports both undergraduate and graduate nursing education. Responsibilities include supervising personnel, managing laboratory and simulation activities, maintaining regulatory compliance, and supporting faculty and student success. The position plays a central role in implementing laboratory curricula, coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment and supplies, and facilitating interprofessional collaboration. In partnership with the LRC Director, faculty, and other health units, this role ensures that all laboratory operations, resources, and learning experiences align with current clinical standards and educational best practices. Typical hiring range for this part-time, 30-hours per week, 9-month work year (August 15 - May 15) position is $30,000 to $35,288 commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Able to lift and move equipment with an average weight of 10-50 pounds
