Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development activities to ensure timely delivery of project milestones.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders and technical teams to align project objectives.
- Continuously evaluate and improve software development processes to enhance team productivity and product quality.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms within SAP environments.
- Ability to optimize ABAP code for performance improvements in HANA database systems.
- Familiarity with object-oriented programming concepts and their application in ABAP development.
- Experience with debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in SAP landscapes.
- Knowledge of integration techniques between SAP modules and external systems.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
