We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented German Speaking Customer Support Agent to join our team in Sofia, Bulgaria. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as a passion for providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support via phone, email, and chat

- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions

- Identify and escalate issues to the appropriate department

- Stay up-to-date with company products, services, and policies

- Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements:

- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong problem-solving abilities

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
