As the People Ops Generalist/ Business Partner, you will be a core member of the company’s People Operations team. Key to success in this role will be supporting a team of managers in all aspects of employee onboarding, development, management, and retention. In addition, you will work closely with other People Ops team members to create, roll out, and manage company-wide initiatives.

What you bring to the table:

  • A successful run as an HR Generalist/ Associate/ Specialist or an HR Business Partner in a technology company

  • At least 3 years of experience in dealing with a full range of people issues within a high-growth company

  • Experience being a solid HR practitioner while maintaining a high degree of flexibility.

  • Excellent communication skills: interpersonal, relationship building, consulting, and teamwork

  • Ability to interact with people on all levels and to manage tough conversations

  • Proven track record of exceeding goals

  • Commitment to excellence in service

  • Willingness and excitement about “getting hands dirty” with regards to day to day HR functions (benefits, administrative work, etc)

  • Natural tendency towards discretion

  • Desire to make a sizeable and measurable impact

  • Desire to learn and grow into a larger role

  • BA/BS degree with emphasis in HR or equivalent

What you will do:

  • Provide key human resource generalist support and contribute to People Ops projects and key initiatives

  • Serve as the primary point of People Ops contact for a growing organization

  • Utilize superb project management, facilitation, and communication expertise to deliver relevant, effective HR solutions and produce results

  • Act as a trusted resource to managers and employees on a wide variety of topics and guide employees to people, tools, and resources

  • Guide, train, and direct employees on the execution of HR policies and processes to ensure appropriate legal (EEO, ADA, FMLA, etc.) and compliance
