Qualifications
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken & written) and good command of English.
Minimum SPM, Diploma, or Degree in any field.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply – training will be provided.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work onsite and commit to rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Customer service experience (email, chat, or call) is an advantage but not mandatory.

Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in Mandarin and English.

Resolve customer complaints and issues with professionalism and empathy.
Escalate complex cases to relevant departments when needed.
Maintain customer records by updating information in the system.
Ensure service levels and quality standards are consistently met.
Work effectively in a rotational shift schedule to support 24/7 operations.
