A global law firm is looking for a Paralegal to join their Corporate & Securities practice in the Hong Kong office, providing support to Partners and Associates.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing initial and subsequent drafts and summarizing changes
• Handling documentation related to closings and completion
• Reviewing and annotating document checklists

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of paralegal experience at leading U.S. or magic circle firms in Debt Capital Markets or Restructuring
• Fluent in English, with strong communication skills in Mandarin and Cantonese
• Solid understanding of Debt Capital Markets (DCM)
• Proficient in reviewing drafts in Chinese, with a thorough understanding of documentation and timelines
• Excellent organizational skills, capable of managing multiple projects
