- Native-level Japanese with polished Keigo, business etiquette, and negotiation communication skills
- Ability to communicate with roadside service providers using practical automotive/mechanical knowledge (understanding common breakdowns and vehicle components)
- Touch typing (can type with both hands smoothly without stress)
- Excel proficiency (basic functions and pivot tables)
- Outlook proficiency, plus basic ability to create documents in Word & PowerPoint
- Compliance with attendance/rules and ability to escalate appropriately when needed
- Valid driver’s licence
- 3+ years in B2B sales, supplier management, service network development, channel/distribution network management, or partnership roles
- Automotive-related industry exposure or experience working with service providers/partners preferred
- Ability to convince and engage service providers/partners to participate and perform within the network
- Familiarity with working with external partners (service providers, dealers, channel partners)
- Proactive communicator who builds trust with customers, providers, and internal stakeholders
- Honest, sincere, and positive; high ownership and accountability
- Deadline-driven with strong planning, execution, and teamwork strengths
- Operational discipline with a continuous improvement mindset
