We have a full-time opportunity for an Accounts Receivable Clerk to join our Campus Nissan Victoria team.

Overview:

Reporting to the Office Manager, the Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for recording the financial operations of the dealership and obtaining the financial data required for the maintenance of the accounting records. Absolute confidentiality of all information received is required.

Responsibilities:

Our Accounts Receivable Clerk is responsible for following our accounting standards, maintaining up to date reports and assisting the Office Manager by completing the following duties:

• Verify and process all payments
• Prepare daily bank deposits
• Reviewing accounts receivable vendor statements, ensuring payments are made within dealership timeframes

• Calling/emailing vendors with overdue invoices
• Reconcile discrepancies by reviewing and analyzing account data
• Support front desk/reception coverage as needed
• Maintain organized filing systems for financial records

What we value:

• Previous AR experience (minimum of 1 year)
• Strong attention to detail and high level of organizational skills
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
