Responsibilities:

Lead architecture, development, QA, and DevOps strategy

Grow and mentor engineering teams across regions

Drive delivery on software projects and product rollouts

Implement Agile best practices and engineering standards

Collaborate with product and design teams

Requirements:

10+ years in engineering leadership

Strong background in full-stack development, architecture, and dev team scaling

Track record managing remote engineers

Experience with SaaS, cloud-native tech preferred
