Description

We are looking for a dynamic Principal Monetization Product Manager to join our team, specializing in Loyalty, with a focus on elevating the experience of our most valuable players. This is an exciting opportunity to develop a retention-driven strategy tailored to our high-tier player base, strengthening the bond between our games and the players who matter most.

As a Principal Monetization Product Manager, you'll oversee the player lifecycle of top-tier users, enhancing their in-game experience through innovative features, mechanics, and data-driven strategies. You'll collaborate closely with the Monetization, Product, and Analytics teams to make data-informed decisions that shape priorities for both the game development team and VIP Account Managers, ultimately driving long-term growth for our high-value player segments. This role offers a unique mix of creativity and analytical rigor, with high potential for impact.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leverage data analysis and numerical insights to make business-oriented decisions, with a focus on reporting and identifying key trends.

  • Analyze player behavior and retention metrics to inform strategies that boost engagement and loyalty.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with teams including Monetization, Product, and Analytics to align on goals and influence outcomes.

  • Take a proactive, solution-driven approach to tackle challenges and push initiatives forward.

  • Contribute to the team’s growth, culture, and objectives by demonstrating a passion for innovation and collaboration.

  • Communicate effectively in both written and spoken English, ensuring your ideas are clearly understood by stakeholders across teams.

  • Stay focused on consumer behavior within the digital entertainment and gaming sectors to inform your approach and strategy.

Requirements

  • Strong data analysis and business acumen—must be comfortable working with numbers, reports, and insights.

  • At least 8+ years of experience as a Product Management or Monetization Management, preferably in B2C, Gaming, Social, Mobile, or Casino industries.

  • A results-driven, proactive self-starter with a track record of creative problem-solving and achieving business goals.

  • Prior experience in customer service or account management is an advantage.
