Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to join our team in Lagos, Tin Can. The successful candidate will have a solid background in Industrial Relations (IR) and Fleet Management, in addition to general HR responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have experience working in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives

- Manage Industrial Relations, including labor disputes, negotiations, and union relations

- Oversee Fleet Management, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements

- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices

- Lead recruitment, talent management, and employee development initiatives

- Conduct investigations, handle disciplinary actions, and resolve employee conflicts

- Analyze HR metrics, provide insights, and recommend improvements

- Collaborate with management to develop and implement business strategies

- Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, with a focus on IR and Fleet Management

- Experience working in the FMCG/Manufacturing industry is preferred

- Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and regulations

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
