We’re looking for a Test and Validation Intern to join our Test and Validation team  in Shanghai.

As an Intern you’ll be responsible for designing and executing functional and non-functional test cases, automated test cases as well as to identify application issues and report discrepancies.

What you’ll do

  •     Analysis requirement, design test cases and make sure requirement coverage
  •     Execute test cases manually or by automation and provide test reporting after testing is done 
  •     Collaborate with the software development team to troubleshoot bugs
  •     Work closely with Hong Kong and Shanghai teams to ensure smooth project execution
  •     Write automation test case in existing test framework when it’s needed
  •     Support the maintenance activities i.e. root cause analysis and solution verifications

Your qualifications

  •     Bachelor or above, majored in computer science, telecommunication, automation, etc
  •     Minimum 0-1 years’ experience in software area testing
  •     Experience on product/E2E system manual test methods, and skills
  •     Experience on product/E2E system automation test, test case execution and written is a plus
  •     Familiar with IoT Platforms, like smart lighting system is a plus
  •     Good interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
  •     Basic English reading and writing skills
