Overview
We are looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative - Khmer (Native Thai speakers) to join our team in Bangkok. In this role, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries and providing excellent service through calls, emails, and chat. You will act as the first point of contact, ensuring a positive customer experience with every interaction.
Qualifications
Proficiency in Khmer language (spoken and written).
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work onsite in TP Bangkok.
Willingness to work on rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
Customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory – fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat from customers in Khmer.
- Provide accurate information, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Escalate complex issues to relevant teams when necessary.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach in every interaction.
- Achieve individual and team performance targets.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
