このポジションについて 職務内容 Conduct field visits to customers to understand application requirements, usage habits, and competitive landscape Provide technical support including product recommendations, application demonstrations, and on-site troubleshooting Develop and implement adhesive solutions using application equipment to improve customer processes and performance Lead and manage the application engineering team to achieve business targets by driving key projects from identification to execution Define and build technical capabilities within the team aligned with business strategy, and develop a strong talent pipeline Establish and execute long-term strategies to ensure alignment with business goals and optimal resource allocation Oversee laboratory operations (personally or through the team), including prioritization of customer samples and reporting of technical results Manage multiple projects simultaneously, propose next steps, and drive decision-making Support customer development and product development projects with strong adhesive technology expertise, especially in semiconductor-related applications (Japan and global support) Translate customer feedback into product improvements and identify new business opportunities in collaboration with sales and marketing teams Standardize technical documentation and ensure data consistency across platforms Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including Sales, Marketing, Product Development, and global technical teams Stay up to date with industry trends in electronics and adhesive application
