Description

The Order Quality & Success team enhances order quality and streamlines the opportunity-to-order process, ensuring accurate invoicing and timely payments. We are currently hiring to expand this capability and strengthen order excellence. The team reviews every sales order to ensure it aligns with customer invoicing requirements and supports timely payments. By delivering high-quality and accurate invoices, we enhance customer satisfaction and overall experience.

About You – experience, education, skills, and accomplishments

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
  • Preferred experience in order tof cash, billing/invoicing or sales orders with expertise in Salesforce CRM
  • Demonstrated work experience as a sales support, order validation specialist, order quality specialist and/or customer service representative
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Solid business acumen of business transactions and end-to-end sales processes.

What will you be doing in this role?

  • Ensure deal validation and revenue recognition through accurate order review
  • Validate and maintain high-quality quote, contract, and subscription order data
  • Partner with sales to capture accurate order details and support invoicing
  • Collaborate across teams to reduce rework and improve process efficiency
  • Manage cases, resolve queries, and drive performance through metrics and continuous improvement
  • Manage order processing, documentation, and email support via Salesforce cases

LOCATION:

  • Chennai, India

Hours of Work 

  • This is a full-time role requiring 40 working hours per week based out of Chennai
  • Work Mode-Hybrid
  • Shift Timings: Night Shift ( 6:00 PM-3:00 AM IST)
