About this Position Implement and maintain best-in-class project management processes and methodologies for the AMC innovation projects, with focus on ADP projects in APAC and selected global projects. Accountable for end-to-end execution of ADP innovation projects assigned to that position. Ensure flawless launches of new innovative products at Henkel and customer production sites. Focus on APAC project and therefore English communication is mandatory. What you´ll do Manage ADP projects for SBU AAC with focus on projects where product development is done in China as well as elected global projects. Lead cross-functional ADP project teams for ADP projects assigned as IPM end-to-end from requirements definition to launch. Use of Planview software for project management and project documentation. Steer and give guidance to the project teams on all quality related topics and questions. Be the problem solver with your structured problem solving approach, using root cause analysis, definition of corrective and preventative actions including effectiveness checks after implementation. Support your project teams by tracking the relevant quality activities of the different quality roles within the project related quality team organization. Coordinate Audit related activities and D/PFMEA Plato implementation.
