Description
A Thermal Product Manager for SEA+NA is responsible for driving the end-to-end lifecycle, strategic direction, and commercial success of Thermal Management Products (Direct Expansion, Edge Thermal and Chilled Water Perimeter) across the SEA Region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define the product roadmap, value proposition, and go-to-market strategy for the SEA+NA market.
- Manage the product Lifecycle including NPDI - innovation, development, launch, and eventual phase-out.
- Own the product's profitability, pricing strategies, and profit margins.
- Gather "voice of the customer" (VOC) on product and ensure solutions meet local market needs.
- Cross-Functional collaboration with R&D, engineering, manufacturing, and marketing teams to ensure smooth product delivery and support.
- Monitor competitors, industry trends, and government regulations across Asia to stay ahead of market.
